A very exciting opportunity has arisen at Stoke City Football Club for a Hospitality and Events Sales Executive to join our team at the bet365 Stadium.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in driving our Hospitality and Events business growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and securing new business opportunities. In addition you will focus on the growth and development of relationships with an existing client base to ensure retention, upselling and maximisation of all opportunities through the Club’s commercial portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
Managing and growing relationships and maximising all sales opportunities, via a consultative approach to sales and account management.
Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospects, introducing our products/services, and explaining their benefits.
Negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers.
