We are looking for an experienced volunteer manager to join our exciting youth set up at Three Bridges Football Club We have an exceptional pathway from u7s through to the first team. The u16s manager will be responsible for developing players with the explicit remit of progressing through to the u18s team. The correct candidate will organise all training sessions and match day responsibilities and communicate to players and or parents. This is a long term project whereby the manager will stay with the u16s each season, so experience at this age would be a real advantage.
