We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing opportunities for more women and girls to take part in football. In this role you will manage the day to day running of the women and girl’s department at the community trust. You will oversee the women’s teams and grassroots teams representing NTFC (12 teams from u10’s to u16’s) along with development centres (elite and foundation). You will also coordinate a range of community initiatives to support more women and girls to take part in football. In addition to activities such as holiday courses and FA wildcats, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new ideas to improve female participation working with the local community to do this.
