In addition to our state-of-the-art training programs, we offer high-energy, engaging birthday parties that provide a unique and exciting experience for young athletes and their guests. Our Party Coaches play a crucial role in making these events special, fun, and memorable for all participants.

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Party Coaches to lead and facilitate birthday parties at COPA STC. As a Party Coach, you will be responsible for running fun and engaging soccer-related games and activities, ensuring a safe and exciting experience for all attendees. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for working with kids, and the ability to create an enjoyable and positive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Soccer Activities & Games – Lead age-appropriate drills, scrimmages, and fun challenges in a structured yet engaging manner.

  • Create a Fun & Energetic Atmosphere – Keep kids engaged and excited throughout the event while ensuring a safe play environment.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service – Interact positively with children, parents, and guests, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all.

  • Manage Event Flow & Timing – Keep the party on schedule, smoothly transitioning between soccer activities, breaks, and party room celebrations.

  • Assist with Setup & Cleanup – Help prepare the field and party room before each event and ensure everything is cleaned up afterward.

  • Engage with Birthday Child & Guests – Make the birthday child feel extra special by celebrating their day and keeping them at the center of the experience.

  • Enforce Safety Guidelines – Ensure that all activities follow COPA STC’s safety standards and that all children are playing safely and responsibly.

  • Collaborate with the Party Team – Work alongside other Party Coaches and staff to deliver a seamless party experience.

Requirements:
  • Reliable Transportation – Must have a dependable way to get to and from COPA STC, as public transportation may not align with scheduling needs.

  • Consistent Weekend Availability – Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays regularly, as most parties occur on weekends.

  • Energetic & Enthusiastic Personality – Must be outgoing, engaging, and comfortable leading groups of children in a fun and exciting way.

  • Experience Working with Kids – Previous experience in coaching, childcare, camps, or related fields is strongly preferred.

  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Ability to command a group, give clear instructions, and create an inclusive, positive experience for all.

  • Punctual & Reliable – Must consistently show up on time and be dependable for scheduled shifts.

  • Ability to Adapt & Problem-Solve – Able to adjust activities based on group dynamics and quickly resolve any issues that arise during the event.

  • Team Player Mentality – Willingness to collaborate with fellow Party Coaches and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred but Not Required) – Basic knowledge of safety protocols is a plus.
