Football Agent (must be based in the United Kingdom)

We are a UK based football agency with partners and a network in many different regions of the football sphere. With a strong foundation of young up and coming talent, and a rich history of experience managing players from the heights of The Premier League, Champions League and international football to the early promises of academy level football. With a player focused approach, we aim to recruit the right type of talent and characters and support them on their journey to maximise whatever opportunities they are presented with throughout their career.

Position Overview:

We are hoping to add to the current team with like-minded individuals, who can supplement our current operation, identifying and signing talented footballers to join our current roster. An ideal candidate would already have their own network within the football industry that they could utilise and leverage to identify, approach and sign the desired type of client to add to the agency. The role will also involve the management of relationships with potential new and existing clients, enhancement of our current recruiting practices, analysis of the market through information gathering and overall refinement of player agency processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Player identification and recruitment (various levels)

• Contract negotiations

• Manage relationships with players, clubs and other agents/agencies.

• Refinement of player data, analysis and other recruitment processes.

• Gather and share information to enhance the agency’s practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Already has a network/experience in football.

• Use online software to aid agency practices in all areas.

• Independent and motivated. Manage own diary largely so organisation and discipline is needed.

• Knowledge of other languages and cultures is a plus??
