What will you be doing?
We have several Casual Front of House vacancies working in the brand new pub based at St Marys Stadium, The Dell and the Northam Fan Zone. Across these roles there’s the option to work, during the day, evenings and weekends.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional service, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in supporting the planning and preparation of events at The Dell and the Northam Fan Zone, assisting with setup and clearing away to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.
Addressing customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly will be a crucial part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will work closely with colleagues across the Front of House team to maintain seamless operations and ensure a high standard of service at all times. Maintaining the cleanliness of front-of-house areas will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, you will handle payments and process card transactions accurately to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
