Men's First Team Coach

The ideal candidate for this key role will be a passionate, skilled, and team-oriented coach who embodies the spirit of Rotherham Town FC and our first team manager, someone with a burning desire to succeed, who thrives in a hardworking and dedicated environment, pushing yourself and the team to reach new heights. 

This exciting opportunity is a great fit for an Academy, Non-League coach or an 
young exciting coach to come in to learn under an experienced manager and his team. We’re a tight-knit team that thrives on daily communication and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment and is ready to become a true teammate on and off the pitch. 

As an integral part of our management team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our team’s success! This includes designing and delivering technical and tactical training sessions that align with our goals. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing and assessing team performance in games and training sessions. To further improve individual and group play, you’ll conduct video analysis sessions as needed. Your expertise will also be crucial in identifying talent. Most importantly, you’ll ensure the safety and well-being of all players under your care, while also assisting with the manager and the rest of the coaching team. You’ll be responsible for enforcing the team’s core values and non-negotiables to ensure a consistent and positive environment. 

You must hold a minimum of a UEFA C Coaching License or its equivalent.
