Location: Miami, Florida 

Part-Time Soccer Coaches:

• Experienced Head Coaches: Starting at $20/Hour or Community Service Hours Offered
  
  Requirements: Soccer Experience as a player or coach. Reliable Transportation. Open availability on Evenings and Weekends. Willing to learn and work their way up in coaching. 
  
  Preferred but not required: Soccer Licenses / Certifications / High-Level Playing experience

• Assistant Coach Role: $15/Hour or Community Service Hours Offered
  
  Requirements: Soccer experience as a player or coach. Reliable transportation. Open availability on Evenings and Weekends. Willing to learn and work their way up in coaching.
  
  Preferred but not required: Soccer Licenses / Certifications 

• Offered Roles for Students: Hourly Pay or Community Service Hours

            Requirements: Reliable Transportation. Age 17+. Soccer Experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, structured training sessions that focus on skill development and teamwork

• Arrive early to sessions and help with equipment setup

• Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of the game

• Run matches for different age groups 

• Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth

• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment while managing behavior effectively

• Work collaboratively with other coaches and academy staff

• Complete the We Make Footballers Thinkific online course

• Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques through continuous development
