About Us

Pro Elite Academy is dedicated to developing grassroots football and providing excellent opportunities for players, coaches and schools. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Football Operations Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our administrative operations.

Role Overview

As a Football Operations Officer, you will play a key role in managing football administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and overseeing key tasks. You will have greater responsibility than a general administrator, including setting tasks and deadlines for staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and making operational decisions. Additionally, we will need someone to take on the role of safeguarding lead for our organisation. This will entail dealing with any safeguarding concerns or incidents that are brought to your attention by staff members, students or outside parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling general administrative tasks, including emails and booking forms.
  • Lead and manage safeguarding concerns
  • Communicating with schools and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all paperwork and forms are properly organised and up to date.
  • Managing DBS checks and ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures.
  • Using football administration systems, ideally including the Whole Game System.
  • Overseeing the maintenance, servicing and MOT of minibuses.
  • Ensuring minibuses are kept clean and in good condition.
  • Setting tasks and deadlines for other staff, ensuring work is completed on time.
  • Taking charge of operational matters and making informed decisions.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in football administration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Whole Game System (desirable).
  • Safeguarding qualification/qualifications (desirable)
  • Confident in setting deadlines and managing staff workloads.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
