Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within football clubs, agencies, and sports brands.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aimed at decision-makers (CFOs, sporting directors, agency heads).
Lead the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure, delivering tailored presentations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Provide consultative sales by understanding client needs and offering customized SaaS solutions.
Communicate product features clearly, emphasizing business benefits.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with development and customer success teams to integrate client feedback, continuously improving the product to meet evolving client needs.
Identify market expansion opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in the football industry | junior to mid-level (Senior also welcome).
Network within football clubs, agencies, and sports brands.
Proven understanding of the football industry.
Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
Solid experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Demonstrated success in closing deals with decision-makers (club CFOs, sporting directors, agency heads).
Ability to communicate software functionality effectively without resorting to deep technical jargon.
Fluent in English & German; ideally, a native speaker of Spanish, French, or Italian.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a passion for football and technology.
Bonus Points
Experience at a leading sports agency, sports consulting firm, sports financing company, or sportstech firm.
