A full-time Base Coordinator.

The position is initially limited to two years.

The talent promotion program started with the 2002/2003 season and has since firmly established itself as the first stage of talent promotion in German football. The project, which currently has 366 bases, effectively forms the bridge between the committed and indispensable youth work at the club base and the second stage of talent development, the performance centers and elite schools of football. The base coordinators (m / f / d) form the interface between the German Football Association (DFB), the state associations and the bases in the talent promotion program.  

Your tasks 

  • Implementation of the talent promotion program in the area of ​​the Rhineland Football Association in cooperation with the sporting and organizational management
  • Coordination of measures for talent screening and talent promotion in the established bases
  • Training of fee and club trainers  
  • Coordination of the sighting measures for the bases  

your profile 

  • Completed training as a football teacher or
  • A license with a qualified university degree in the field of sports or a similar qualification
  • Many years of experience as a football coach in the child and youth sector
  • Organizational skills, communication and team skills, high level of commitment
  • flexibility in terms of time and space - even on weekends
  • Class B driving license
  • Fluent German
