Football Coaches & Team Managers Wanted (U8s - U11s)

Are you passionate about developing young footballers and helping to shape the future of grassroots football? Catford Rangers FC is looking for enthusiastic and committed coaches and team managers to join our growing coaching team.

We are a community-focused club that believes in providing young players with structured, high-quality coaching in a supportive and inspiring environment. We are also committed to helping our coaches grow, offering opportunities for professional development wherever possible.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage one of our Sunday League teams (U8s – U11s).
• Deliver engaging and well-structured training sessions in line with our football philosophy and coaching curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate young players to develop both on and off the pitch.
• Commit to attending training sessions (Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Beckenham and Catford) and matchdays (Sundays, Tandridge League).
• Be reliable, professional, and a positive role model for our players.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• FA Level 1 (or higher) in Coaching Football.
• FA First Aid Qualification.
• FA Safeguarding Children Certification.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience coaching young players is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of football techniques and game development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire young athletes.
