Job Description

THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  • Enter cost contract data into SAP and modify data as necessary.  
  • Responsible for the accuracy of cost contract data in SAP.
  • Advise FIFA staff on application of FIFA procurement policy, and act as gatekeeper of the process at the relevant stages.
  • Manage (solve or forward) tickets raised to the procurement team via ServiceNow. 
  • Conduct administrative activities of the procurement team.
  • Advise on process/tools improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects.
  • Create reports for management.

  • Understands the importance of governance and compliance.

  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar. Higher qualifications will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of contract elements (parties, dates, amounts, terminations, etc.) and contract language.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good SAP MM knowledge is essential.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and DocuSign is an asset.
  • Good know-how of MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English
