Job Description
Based at the Broadfield Stadium, we are seeking to recruit a Sport Tutor to join our 16-19 Football Education Programme for a Mid-August start (or sooner, if you wish to).
As a registered charity the Foundation works in partnership with Holy Trinity School, Crawley to ensure our students receive quality education, as well as training and playing in the National Football Youth League.

Objectives
Support students towards attaining their individual educational goals.
To engage students within their studies and for them to maintain regular attendance throughout the length of the course.
Work within the department to provide high quality planning, teaching and assessment.
To support the wider delivery of the Foundation’s main objectives in the community.
Role Specific Responsibilities
• To successfully deliver the Pearson BTEC Sport Level 3 qualifications.
• To promote the welfare of students and support the Foundation in safeguarding participants through the safeguarding policies and procedures in place within the organisation.
• To identify resources attached to the Foundation and Crawley Town Football Club that make lessons more engaging, informative and work related.
• To ensure all student coursework is constantly monitored and the desired standards of work are being achieved, to a standardised level across the programme.
• To produce lesson planning material to the expected standards that can be shared with other members of staff.
• To provide support to students looking at exit routes towards the end of their education.
• To provide accurate and informative feedback to parents/carers during student review meetings.
• To support the implementation of an effective plan for future cohorts.
• To provide additional academic support to students across all cohorts to ensure students are aware of and supported to reach their potential.
