Virginia Beach United Soccer is seeking a dedicated and motivated Coaching Assistant for both the men’s and women’s teams. This role provides hands-on experience in coaching, player development, and game preparation. The ideal candidate is passionate about soccer, has strong leadership skills, and is eager to contribute to a competitive team environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions.
  • Support player development by providing feedback and technical guidance.
  • Help organize and set up drills, exercises, and game-day warm-ups.
  • Analyze team and individual performances and on-field observation.
  • Assist in scouting opponents and preparing game strategies.
  • Ensure practice and game-day equipment is set up and maintained.
  • Motivate and mentor players, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Maintain compliance with league and team policies.
