Virginia Beach United Soccer is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Merchandise Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for selling team apparel, accessories, and other merchandise at games, events, and online fulfillment. The ideal candidate is passionate about soccer, enjoys interacting with fans, and has experience in retail or sales.

- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and process transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Promote team merchandise through customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance fan experience.
- Support additional duties as needed, including restocking, pricing, and preparing for events.
