Job Description
Virginia Beach United Soccer is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticketing Assistant to support game-day ticket sales and fan engagement. This role involves selling tickets, greeting fans at the front gate, assisting with game-to-game promotions, and working closely with the ticketing staff to enhance the fan experience. The Ticketing Assistant will also help develop promotional materials, fan interaction initiatives, and player-to-fan engagement activities.

- Ticket Sales & Entry Management: Sell and distribute tickets, process payments, and manage will-call ticket distribution.
- Fan Greeting & Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for fans, providing information on seating, promotions, and event details.
- Game-to-Game Promotions: Assist in executing special promotions and ticketing incentives to drive fan engagement.
- Collaboration with Ticketing Staff: Work directly with the ticketing team to ensure smooth game-day operations and ticketing logistics.
- Promo Material Development: Help create game-day promotional materials, including flyers, digital promotions, and special event signage.
- Fan Interaction Initiatives: Assist in organizing interactive fan experiences, including giveaways, contests, and halftime activities.
- Player-to-Fan Engagement: Support the development of events and experiences that foster connections between players and fans, such as meet-and-greets or autograph sessions.
