What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Casual Supervisor to assist in the effective running of the Fan Zone on matchdays and events by ensuring all safety and operational procedures are adhered to whilst providing an excellent customer service.
The main duties of the role will be working with colleagues and management to ensure the Fan Zone is stocked and ready for all matchdays and events. Managing and supporting the casual workforce, always keeping them motivated and professional and ensuring they are meeting their training requirements.
You will be responsible for seeing in delivery of stock and moving various products around the stadium such as kegs/barrels, boxes of all sizes and operating pallet trucks while keeping accurate record and reports.

You are enthusiastic and professional with excellent customer service skills.. You’re eager to learn and to develop yourself and will take pride in being a good representation of the football club. Basically, you’re a positive people person with previous experience in a similar role.
Essential Experience:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced bar environment,
Proven ability to problem solve and work efficiently.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to think quickly and make decisions in challenging situations
Experience in managing people and dealing with difficult situations
