Department: General & Administrative 
Reports to: Director of Human Resources            
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Nashville SC is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team! In this exciting internship, you will learn the ropes of HR and gain valuable hands-on experience.  You will work alongside the human resources team to support various initiatives and assist with various tasks. 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with job descriptions review and job postings.
  • Participate in pre-screening interviews for part-time stadium positions.
  • Assist with onboarding.
  • Assist with coordinating preemployment employment activities. 
  • Assist with organizing, preparing, and participating in recruiting events.
  • Assist in data entry.
  • Assist in retrieving and maintaining confidential records, files, and documentation.
  • Perform research and assistance for various Human Resources and Benefits related projects as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong communication.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit. 
  • Available 20-25 hours per week. 
  • Available to work in-person.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
