Role Summary:
Millwall Community Trust is looking for a number of passionate and enthusiastic football coaches to join our Development Centre programme. This role is perfect for coaches who want to work in a professional football environment, helping young players develop their skills while representing Millwall FC’s philosophy and values.
We are currently looking for coaches who can deliver at our weekly male and female Development Centres, with a view to managing Millwall representative teams in the Junior Premier League next season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for coaches who are looking to gain experience in a professional football environment, with access to Millwall Academy’s CPD sessions and the chance to view academy training sessions to support their career progression.
Millwall Community Trust also has plans to develop Futsal sessions as part of our initiative to help create more skillful players within the local community.
As a Player Performance Pathway Coach, you’ll be delivering high-quality coaching sessions to players of various age groups, helping them progress through our football pathway. Sessions take place at Prendergast School and St Paul’s Sports Ground in Rotherhithe with other venues coming soon.

Established in 1885, Millwall Football Club is one of the most famous football clubs in England.
