Finance Manager - Youth Soccer Organization

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with a passion for sports? Join Florida’s largest youth soccer club as our Finance Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth financial operations. We are looking for a highly organized individual with experience in PlayMetrics or similar financial management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections & Billing: Manage and oversee player fee collections, payment plans, and outstanding balances through PlayMetrics.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to track club revenues, expenses, and budget performance.
• Team Account Monitoring: Assist teams in managing their budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
• Tournament & League Registration Assistance: Coordinate and process payments for tournament and league registrations.
• Team Budgeting: Work closely with coaches and team managers to develop and monitor team budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or club operations (sports industry experience preferred)
• Proficiency in PlayMetrics or similar sports registration software a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced sports environment
• Excellent communication skills for working with parents, coaches, and administrators
