In anticipation of the next soccer cycle (June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026) the Park City Soccer Club (Park City, Utah) is accepting applications from coaches for its year-round youth program.
We desire experienced individuals trained in youth coaching with a high level of soccer knowledge and extensive experience competing. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated passion for motivating young people to do the hard work of being the best they can in all aspects of their life, on and off the field. Our Club’s greatest commitment is to players reaching their full potential in a positive and respectful environment.
Coaches are responsible for all team operations keeping with the Club's Mission and Coaching Performance Standards, including but not limited to:
communicating positively and productively with relevant stakeholders about coaching philosophy, scheduling, tournaments, and player evaluations
demonstrating conduct that is ethical, professional and in compliance with the UYSA Code of Coaching Ethics
engaging in continued learning opportunities offered by the club and outside agencies
organizing, attending, and conducting regular developmentally-appropriate practices for each team according Club curriculum and methodology
attending necessary Club meetings
begin practices at the established time, which may mean arriving early to set up
arriving 40 minutes early to all games as required of our athletes
arranging for coverage should practice or game conflicts occur
working closely with the Directors of Coaching, Technical Director, Executive Director, Team Managers, and parents to foster the esteem and growth of young people through soccer
Minimum certification: USSF D License or USC/UEFA equivalent.
Applicants must be currently qualified for employment within the United States, as U.S. citizens, or with an existing Green Card / work visa. PCSC is not able to sponsor new visa applications.
