Academy Coach

Member of coaching staff responsible for upholding the mission, vision and values of the club while guiding players through their youth soccer journey

• Plan and prepare training sessions, games and tournaments in alignment with the club's annual training plan to maximize player development
• Development of technically skilled, confident and creative players who are adaptable to the future demands of the game.
• Follow coaching standards, responsibilities and general guidelines which will be provided by technical director at the start of the season
• Work in partnership with parents and volunteers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and open communication

Qualifications / Requirements

• USSF license or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Availability during weekends and evenings
• Ability to communicate effectively to players and families
• Passionate and motivated to inspire developing youth players

Salary Range: $7.5K - $25K

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $7,500.00 - $25,000.00 per year
