Member of coaching staff responsible for upholding the mission, vision and values of the club while guiding players through their youth soccer journey
- Plan and prepare training sessions, games and tournaments in alignment with the club's annual training plan to maximize player development
- Development of technically skilled, confident and creative players who are adaptable to the future demands of the game.
- Follow coaching standards, responsibilities and general guidelines which will be provided by technical director at the start of the season
- Work in partnership with parents and volunteers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and open communication
Qualifications / Requirements
- USSF license or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Availability during weekends and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively to players and families
- Passionate and motivated to inspire developing youth players

Salary Range: $7.5K - $25K
