Job Description

This role’s purpose is to drive revenue through Group Ticketing Sales, Matchday Hospitality & Seasonal Hospitality. Along with responding to incoming enquiries for group enquiries & matchday hospitality, one of your primary roles will be to manage our official overseas ticketing agents.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Group Sales Executive to join the commercial team at Fulham Football Club with an objective of developing and implementing a group sales strategy to drive further sales across both premium hospitality and general admission. 



It is an extremely exciting time in the Club’s history, with the opening of the world class re-development project at Craven Cottage - Fulham Pier. You will be joining the team at a commercially crucial time and will play a key role in the next chapter of the Club’s development.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Enhance relationships with new & existing ticketing agencies that the Club do not currently work with.
  • Supporting the administration of all premium hospitality purchasers;
  • Explaining the Clubs group ticketing division to ensure strong relationships are built with local schools, universities & organisations etc.
  • Engaging & converting with new premium hospitality clients not currently associated with the Club;
  • Supporting the achievement of all commercial targets across the Club & projects required.
