POSITION SUMMARY:
St. Louis CITY SC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Ticket Operations Internship throughout the 2025 season. This role will work closely with the Manager of Ticket Operations and provide hands-on experience in all aspects of ticketing operations.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to think critically under pressure, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will include processing internal ticketing requests, building events within SeatGeek, coordinating with internal departments and stake holders, assisting with financial settlements, inventory management and other ticketing needs. Additionally, the intern will gain experience with SKIDATA access control, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with ticket operations for MLS St. Louis CITY SC, MLS Next PRO CITY2, and Energizer Park events/matchdays.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Assist with fulfillment and ticket order processing for group sales
- Support membership services and business development by fulfilling requests and troubleshooting accounts in real time
- Assist the Coordinator of Ticket Operations with troubleshooting scanner and access control issues as they arise
- Monitor the ticket operations internal inbox and respond to inquiries as needed
- Financial settlement assistance for events as required
- Learn the SKIDATA system and its integration with SeatGeek’s ticketing platform
- Assist in configuring access control settings for various event types (e.g., general admission, VIP)
- Support event day operations by conducting test scans to ensure proper functionality before gates open

EDUCATION
- Candidates must have a completed college degree, be actively enrolled in a degree program, or be in the process of pursuing a degree.
