Job Description
FKS Ukmergė Football Club, competing in the 2nd league in Lithuania, is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach to guide our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop players both on and off the field.
- Training Programs: Design and implement effective training sessions to enhance player skills and team performance.
- Game Strategy: Develop and execute match strategies to ensure competitive performance in the league.
- Player Development: Focus on individual player development, improving their technical, tactical, and physical abilities.
- Match Analysis: Analyze team and individual performances using video and data analytics to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a football coach, preferably at the competitive league level.
- Licensing: UEFA B license required; UEFA A license preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical Ability: Proficient in match analysis and performance tracking technologies.
- Passion: A deep understanding and passion for football development.
