In 2018, our Women's team gained a professional status for the very first time, jumping 2 divisions and competed in the Women's Super League (WSL), the premier division of women's football in England. After finishing a respectable 7th, the team enjoyed particular success in the FA Cup reaching the final of the competition, eventually being beaten by 2017 winners Manchester City.
In April 2019, we opened our brand-new Academy facility based at Chadwell Heath which will help to bring through some of the very best talents in the area, the recent emergence of First Team Players Declan Rice and Ben Johnson are a testament to the work already being done at the Academy.
On the business side, we are continuing to create a Stadium our supporters can call home, with the renaming of the Billy Bonds Stand and Claret and Blue pitch surrounding amongst the latest developments. Additionally, the Club has achieved the Disability Confident Leader status.

Job Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in the day to day running of the department. Your main duties will be to ensure that the daily operations of the warehouse run smoothly, efficiently and safely. This is a busy role which requires an individual with strong leadership, problem-solving and organisation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
•To efficiently and effectively take on the set tasks set by the Warehouse manager.
•Co-ordinate with other departments like retail and management to ensure smooth operations.
•Manage and organise staff on set tasks and supervise with scheduling, training and performance management.
•Actively monitor inventory levels ensuring stock is accurately recorded and help with stock counts and organisation.
•To ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to throughout the warehouse.
•To ensure warehouse vehicle(s) are in good working order and report any issues to your manager.
•Liaise with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all shortages and damages are reported within the stated time limit.
•Assist with the distribution of stock to the Retail stores.
•Assist with the correct merchandising of stock within the stores when required.
•Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched.
•Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas.
•Loading and unloading lorries, vans and other vehicles.
•Using Mechanical Handling Equipment i.e. for lift trucks to move goods around.
•Operating a fork lift.
•Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
•Helping out other retail departments i.e. Online Store, Stadium Store and other WHUFC Retail stores as and when required by your Line Manager.
The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:
