What is the role?
The role will be focused on delivering an efficient and effective payroll service that ensures all staff and workers are paid accurately and on time. You will be responsible for Administering company benefits (such as Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work and Private Medical Scheme) and help to manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements, ensuring compliance with current PAYE, National Insurance, SMP and SSP legislation.
In addition, the role will be providing Workday support to ensure smooth running of the system we use for HR, Finance and Procurement transactions. This is an opportunity to be involved with twice yearly updates, maintaining our staffing structures, maintaining user access, running reports, configuring Workday and identifying and making improvements to meet the needs of the business.
Is this you?
An experienced Payroll Administrator with experience of working in a busy payroll team, accompanied with the ability to work accurately and to meet fixed deadlines. Experience of using Workday or other similar system would be highly advantageous, an interest and aptitude for systems and strong IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge is required for this role.
