The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. Your responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the F&B outlets
  • Training and service excellence for the F&B team
  • Introduction of processes and procedures
  • Responsible for the well-being of the guests
  • Implementation of the guidelines and the concept of the F&B outlets
  • Responsible for inventory and cost control
  • Personnel planning and rostering in consultation with the F&B manager
  • Representation of the F&B manager in case of absence
  • Helping to shape the range of products and services, as well as supporting menu costing
  • Placing orders in accordance with specifications and budget
  • Helping to shape the new concept from 2025
 

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy and/or hotel management and/or GastroSwiss G2/G3 as well as several years of professional experience (management experience an advantage)
  • At least two years of experience as a service employee or chef de service
  • Solid experience in events and banquets
  • Structured way of working and high level of commitment
  • Team player and motivated; adheres to the deployment plans
  • Communication skills, can assert themselves and have a confident manner
  • Flexible mindset
  • High level of motivation and structured way of working
  • Good German and English skills; any additional language skills are an advantage

About FIFA Museum

Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.

With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.

Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
