Job Overview: Football Club RFS is seeking a motivated Talent Development Coach to join our first team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing young football talents within the club and assisting the Head Coach in training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Player Development:
· Design and implement individualized development plans (IDPs) for young players.
· Conduct technical, tactical, and physical training sessions tailored to players' needs.
· Provide regular performance feedback to players and foster continuous improvement.
2. Talent Identification:
· Collaborate with scouting teams to identify and recruit promising players.
3. Tactical Coaching:
· Analyze match and training performances and provide constructive feedback to players.
4. Collaboration:
· Work closely with the coaching staff to ensure holistic player development.
· Assist the Head Coach in training sessions of the first team.
5. Player Support:
· Support and help players off the pitch, ensuring their well-being and personal development.
6. Psychological Development:
· Foster mental resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset among players.
· Promote discipline, teamwork, and a winning mentality.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Fluency in English and French (knowledge of Spanish is an advantage).
· At least 2 years of experience in a professional club in a talent development or coaching role.
· UEFA coaching license (B or higher) or equivalent qualification.
· Strong understanding of modern football tactics, player development methodologies, and performance analysis tools.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
