Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA) is inviting applications for the role of Discrimination Support Officer. We are looking to hire multiple individuals that can form a support network for those that report allegations of discrimination, by offering bespoke support throughout the County FA’s Disciplinary Process. The role is designed to support those involved in incidents of discrimination in grassroots football and help to provide better insight into the reporting of allegations. The role has no fixed hours, hours will be assigned when required.
We are seeking applications from individuals who share our values of being progressive, respectful, collaborative and inclusive, and in return contribute to the Association’s overall aim of Inspiring Positive Change through football across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland by uniting communities, tackling in equalities and improving the health of the population.
