NC Fusion ECNL Boys' Coach

Responsible for upholding the standards of NC Fusion soccer programming and committing to player and team development.

Expectations: 
*Serves as the standard of coaching within NC Fusion Soccer Programming. 
*Head Coach of 2 ECNL National League Teams – ECNL 15u + 16u Boys (7-Month Program)
*Plans and conducts 3-4x training sessions per week.
*Has a thorough understanding of the product that customers have purchased and delivers on that to the very highest standard. 
*Fulfills all responsibilities as a coach within the Club’s Culture and Expectations at the ECNL Level. 
*Consistently provides timely/weekly coaching feedback of players and provides varying opportunities (when appropriate) for all players in ECNL Program to develop. 
* Provides weekly email updates (Monday/Friday) to players and families regarding both training and games.
*Holds in-person end-of-season evaluation meetings. 
*Adheres to the NC Fusion Dress code at all public-facing events where NC Fusion is represented including but not limited to training and games.
*Supports the Head of ECNL with player placement, team selection, and communication process of ECNL B tryouts. 
*Prepared. Professional. Present in all that you do. 

Qualifications: *Mandatory USSF “B” License or equivalent; Preferred USSF “A”.
