Chicago Edge Soccer Club: Director of Goalkeeping

Chicago Edge Soccer Club is a youth soccer club in the Oak Park/River Forest area of Chicagoland and is seeking candidates for the position of Goalkeeper Coach/Director of Goalkeeping. They will be responsible for identifying, training, and developing our boys' and girls' Goalkeepers from U8-U19.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Goalkeeper sessions for Goalkeepers of all age groups
• Conducting team sessions with U8-U10 teams to introduce goalkeeping fundamentals
• Identify players who could be successful as a goalkeeper
• Analyzing Goalkeeper's performances during games
• Supporting Goalkeepers on match days
• Maintain email communication with GK's and their parents throughout the year to provide ongoing feedback and educational content (videos, tips, feedback)
  Plan and implement developmental curriculum for all clubs GK's
• Support Goalkeepers with Individual Development Plans

Ideal Qualifications:

• Goalkeeping playing and coaching experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Goalkeeping coaching licenses/qualifications
• Legal to work in the US
