Hydra Rovers Football Club is a community-focused initiative dedicated to developing young talent and delivering exciting football experiences. As we work to establish our foundation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Advisor to assist in setting up and growing our club into a successful venture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance on setting up and managing the football club, ensuring compliance with legal and business regulations.
Assist in preparing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to establish a sustainable business model.
Support with securing sponsorships, funding, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Advise on operational and governance structures to ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic positioning.
Collaborate with management on innovative approaches to fan engagement and community involvement.
Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in business management, set up, or a related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of business setup processes, financial planning, and operational management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Must have the right to work in the UK (proof required; we do not provide visa sponsorship).
Passion for sports, grassroots development, or community-focused projects is a plus.
