Volunteer EFL Scout / Analyst

Job Description

About The Role
  • Attend games on Sunday mornings or afternoons to observe and assess players, with a primary focus on age groups 12 to 15. These matches will be a mix of grassroots and academy-level football.
  • Form a strong relationship with the Head of Academy Recruitment & Recruitment Team.
  • Identify and report on talent according to set criteria, which will be discussed in more detail upon commencement.
 
 
About The Candidate
  • A Talent ID Level 1 qualification is required for this role.
  • Attention to detail & understanding of potential. 
  • Capacity to travel to various game locations on Sundays and manage time effectively to cover matches as assigned.
