Overview
International Soccer Club (ISC) is a Not-for-Profit Soccer Club established in Mississauga in 2007.
The ISC is an affiliate Member of the City of Mississauga, sanctioned member of the Ontario Soccer Association and The Peel Halton Soccer Association to operate as a Youth Recreation and Competitive Soccer Club in Mississauga.
The ISC is looking to fulfill the Part Time Position of Competitive Coach.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidates shall be conducting the following:
Scope:
∙ Head Coach a Competitive Team (s)
∙Design and implement the Teams yearly objectives and evaluation modules according to the club technical manual.
∙Design and implement the session plan for the assigned teams.
∙ Establish structured mid-season player evaluations.
∙ Assist in Monitoring compliance of Club curriculum with Canada Soccer Pathway guidelines.
Qualification:
∙ Minimum C licence (recommended), B License, A Licence.
. Ontario Soccer prerequisites (Soccer for Life, Learn to Train, Active Start, Fundamentals).
. E learning courses on Coach Locker (Respect in soccer, Making Head way, making ethical decisions evaluations, Understanding Rule of 2, EAC).
∙ University, College graduate with/and/or sports-related degree with equivalent experience would be an asset.
∙ Clean police Check.
∙ Successful track record of Coaching Experience.
∙ Excellent communication and organization skills.
∙ Experience in managing remote locations.
∙ Excellent time management skills.
∙ Excellent people skills.
Package:
This is a Part-time position with an Attractive Annual Base Salary
