Lead Football Coaches - Residentials

Are you a passionate and experienced football coach looking for an exciting part-time opportunity?

REPs Football is seeking UEFA B qualified coaches to lead young players at our residential training camp in Reading this Easter (and others) and potentially coach at the Gothia Cup in Sweden 2025!

These aren’t your traditional holiday day camps, these camps have a carefully crafted schedule, that include guest workshops and masterclass sessions.

We host multiple camps throughout the year, travel to Sweden, and plan on participating in more European Cups.

Simply put, we want players to feel confident, to try new things, to express themselves. We encourage mistakes. Happy players play happy football.

Already got a job? Don’t worry, these residentials are throughout the holidays so you are still free to continue in your current role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players aged 10-14.
• Create, plan, and deliver a specialist masterclass session for groups of players belonging to similar positions (e.g: defending masterclass, finishing masterclass).
• Create a positive, fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Bring our coaching philosophy to life and help players develop their skills and confidence.
• Motivate and inspire players.
• Potential to travel with a team to the Gothia Cup in Sweden (all expenses paid).
• Some pastoral care required within the accommodation (will be working alongside a team of coaches with assistants).

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

• UEFA B Licence (Required for lead coach).
• Level 1 Licence (Required for assistant coach).
• EFAiF (Emergency First Aid in Football Level 2) (Desirable).
• Current FA Enhanced DBS, including current up-to-date safeguarding.
• Experience coaching within the Foundation and/or Youth Development Phases.
• Experience within an academy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, and adaptability skills.
• A passion for football and a commitment to player development.
