Job Description
The role requires a minimum of 2x sessions per week & games on Saturday.
Training days
- Wednesday 5:45-7pm (Edgware)
- Sunday 4-5:15pm (Barnet)
Match days
- Saturday times between 9-11am (Southgate)
- Saturday times between 9-12pm (Slough)
Qualifications & Rates of Pay per session/game:
Intro to Football Coaching (FA Level 1) - £25
UEFA C (FA Level 2) - £30
UEFA B (FA Level 3) -£35
Friendlies - £15
Responsibilities
-Strategically design, deliver, and evaluate dynamic, age-appropriate coaching sessions for U6-U8 players, ensuring a balance of skill development, enjoyment, and progression.
-Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment that inspires participation, instills confidence, and drives players to achieve their full potential.
- Identify and mentor emerging talent, providing structured development pathways to support their long-term success within the sport.
-Conduct comprehensive assessments of player performance, delivering detailed and constructive feedback to players and their families to foster continuous growth and development.
Essential:
- Experience in grassroots football or academy level
- Able to attend training sessions & matches.
- Passionate about the game.
- DBS Checked
- Safeguarding & First Aid Certification
Desirable:
- Played football professionally
- Track record of developing players
- Driving License
