Assistant Coach & Lead Analyst
Position Summary:
The Assistant Coach & Lead Analyst will report directly to the Head Coach and work collaboratively with the coaching staff. This role will prioritize opponent analysis and match planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with in match coaching and strategy
  • Assist in creating, structuring, and leading training sessions
  • Daily Training Review (video and data) provided for coaching staff
  • Match Review in coordination with data analysis presented to coaching staff and players
  • Lead opposition scouting process, researching opposition to identify strengths, weaknesses
  • Prepare and deliver detailed scouting reports to coaching staff and players, providing insight into opposition playing style and trends (utilizing both video and data)
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to identify areas for improvement on team and individual levels
  • Utilize telestration tools to effectively convey key points and tactical instructions
  • Maintain positive approach to learning new technical skills, software, etc. required for high level analysis
  • Lead opposition scouting process, researching opposition to identify strengths and weaknesses

Desired Skills:
  • Minimum UEFA A/US Soccer A Coaching License
  • Proficient using Hudl Sportscode; Studio; Telestration; Keynote, computer literate with Mac and Windows
  • 5 or more years of professional coaching experience
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate and work under pressure
  • High level of initiative and intuition
  • Fulfill clubs' values: relentless, deliberate, decisive

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
