Matchday Presentation Intern

Summary/Objective: 

Supervised by the Manager of Match Presentation & Promotion, this intern will assist the match presentation team in developing a fun and engaging atmosphere for fans at Lower.com Field. In this role, you will be an essential part of the in-match experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. We’re looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and desire to learn. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 

• Books Honor Guard and Anthem singers for pre-game for all home Crew 2 matches. 

• Game day oversight of control room and production for Crew 2 matches. 

• Setting up the run of show and scripts for Crew 2 matches. 

• Attend Match Coordination meetings prior to Crew 2 home matches to communicate match presentation details. 

• Coordinate pregame ceremonies and game day presentation (National Anthem performances, ASL and Honor Guard) for all 1st team home games. 

• Act as main point of contact on match day for all entertainment and communicating timelines and directions. 

• Support the preparation, coordination, and activation of in-stadium presentation elements, from pre- to postgame as directed by the Manager, Match Presentation & Promotions. 

• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
