Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London.

The Club is seeking a Partnerships Content Manager to be responsible for the strategy and growth in commercial content inventory across social and digital platforms and support commercial revenue growth through brand partnerships.

 

 

JOB PURPOSE

The Partnerships Content Manager will be the first port of call for the commercial team where it relates to all branded content opportunities. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments to optimise existing inventory, develop new creative ideas and inventory, and work with existing and prospective partners to deliver to their objectives.

         

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver new creative ideas for branded executions, including those featuring access to Men’s and Women’s first-team players.
  • Ensure contractual delivery of all partner campaigns and appearances, disseminating all relevant information across the content team and taking overall responsibility for each partner activation on club platforms.
  • Define, expand, update and communicate the branded content menu, with new social and digital inventory, to meet the growing demand from commercial partners, in collaboration with relevant Club departments. 
  • Input into new business processes to ensure that Club proposals offer the best social and digital platform available to meet the brand’s brief.
  • Innovate and maximise the Club’s production facilities and resource at The Clubhouse and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to benefit the Club’s content output where it relates to branded content.
  • Work with the Partnerships servicing team to audit and optimise the branding of existing content threads to maximise value delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the social media team to ensure all partner content obligations are sufficiently appropriate for channels and duly maximised.
  • Collaborate with the wider Content team to track performance of content and proactively recommend strategies to improve results.
  • Support on planning the distribution and amplification of Partner content to meet agreed goals and target audiences.
  • Continually share industry best practice and new developments to to educate and inspire relevant teams

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience within sports social media and content
  • A deep understanding of the use of digital and social channels with Sport and the dynamics and opportunities that it presents
  • An understanding of commercial partnerships and branded content
  • An understanding of digital and social amplification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and communication skills
