Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London.

The Club is seeking a Senior Digital Producer – Branded Content to work within the internal production team to drive the creative ideation, production, and postproduction operations on day-to-day content opportunities and on behalf of our partners and our new studio, The Clubhouse. You will work with internal departments and external suppliers to contribute to the creative pitching, planning, and execution of our partners content rights.

 

JOB PURPOSE

The internal production team are responsible for producing a mixture of news, match action, exclusive interviews, in-depth analysis, branded content, behind-the-scenes features as well as supporting our Marketing, Retail and PR teams. Content production is seen across all digital and social channels including our OTT platform SPURSPLAY, broadcast globally, shown within the stadium, as well as syndicated to partners and external media. You will be based at the Club’s training facility with regular travel to and from shoots, as well as home and away match days when required.

         

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will liaise with commercial stakeholders directly to educate and drive the initial creative pitches that drive growth for the brand and Club channels. In addition, you will contribute to the overall budgets needed to fulfil the campaigns with the Production Management team.
  • You will be responsible for production and delivery of video content for our partners and their campaigns whilst meeting the content teams wider objectives and engaging our our audiences.
  • Lead discussions with our partners to drive creative excellence through branded content and identify further content opportunities with brands.
  • Work closely with the Content Manager to deliver against new proposals and opportunities that arise.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of new revenue opportunities for the Clubs new content facility.
  • Work closely with the production management team to ensure the wider business are kept informed of progress and key information on briefs and shoots.
  • Branded content will be one of your key focuses, but you will also be required to create content for other opportunities like content capture sessions and new signings.
  • Your work will be consumed on a number of different audiences facing platforms, from the Clubs OTT platform, to the clubs social media channels. All content needs to be optimised for the highest effectiveness on these platforms in both the creative execution and the final formats delivered.
  • Ensure the Editorial team are kept up to date with new content productions to feed into the wider distribution schedule.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience working to create content for branded campaigns.
  • Efficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have the ability to guide proposals and production budgets to achieve creative excellence within the guidelines provided.
  • Ability to operate cameras (Sony FX9, FX6 primarily) and to set up creative shots and lighting with a team.
  • Can edit quickly under pressure using Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to produce a wide range of video in different edit styles where required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and have the necessary skills to build motion graphics within each video project where required.
  • Knowledge of content innovation/ the broader digital landscape and how this can be applied to drive new ideas.
  • Working knowledge of current video and audio production/editing techniques, specifically in the digital landscale.
  • The ability to build case studies and report on individual video performance
  • Ability to write comprehensive briefs and proposals. Copy, script, and storyboard writing experience.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel to home and away matches where required.
