About the opportunity: We have a unique opportunity for a Personalised Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Team and support the Club’s ambition to enhance fan experience, grow and engage our fanbase and drive commercial revenue growth through effective use of personalisation and marketing automation.
As Personalised Marketing Lead you will be working closely with the Senior CRM and Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in defining campaign touchpoints across email, push, SMS, web and app channels to support departmental and Club objectives.
In your role you will collaborate with the wider Marketing team as well as other internal and external stakeholders to orchestrate, build and deliver both always-on and standalone campaigns, while analysing and reporting on campaign performance to optimise journeys and maximise efficiency.
This a fast-paced role which would suit someone who’s organised, proactive and takes initiative to turn plans into successful campaigns that have a measurable impact on Everton Football Club’s targets and objectives.
Who we are looking for; Essentially, we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing, particularly the principles of lifecycle marketing and how to leverage personalisation.

This position is a permanent contract, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Thursday 12th December 2024
The location for this role would be at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
