Steward Administrator

Full time Administration Premier League

Job Description

We are a football club with a desire to be the best and are always looking for talented people to join our Everton Family.

Everton is a workplace people crave to join, where extraordinary talented people belong, thrive and deliver the remarkable.

Steward Administrator

Who are we: We are Everton Football Club - one of only three clubs to have been founding members of both the Football League and the Premier League. We are proud of our rich and successful history, our innovation, and our global fan base – and we are now getting ready for the next exciting chapter in our story.

In summer 2025, we will leave Goodison Park, our iconic home for more than 130 years, and move to a state-of-the-art 52,888-capacity stadium on the banks of the River Mersey. Our new home will be among the most sustainable, accessible and technologically advanced in the country.

Our values underpin how we behave, how we represent ourselves in our city and across the world of football, and how we look after one another daily. They provide a framework for how we work with partners, suppliers and, most importantly, our fans.

About the opportunity: In Summer 2025, we will kick off our first Premier League season in our new home on the Liverpool waterfront. As we rapidly gear up our plans for the move from Goodison Park to Everton Stadium, we are looking for a Steward Administrator to join our Stadium Operations Department and be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Stewarding Manager/Deputy Safety Officer and when necessary, the wider Stadium Operations Department.

As Steward Administrator you will have a primary focus on supporting and administrating all stewarding processes such as recruitment, training, and general day to day steward enquiries, working closely with the Clubs People Team.

You will support the general deployment and resourcing for operations utilising both the current systems in place (Venue Aware and Workday).

Not only will you get to be a part of something special as we move towards entering our new Everton Stadium, but you will be responsible for driving forward a key strategic pillar for the Club.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a proven administration professional with experience of supporting the administrative function within a busy department, who understands the importance of data and the principles of managing complex data, including up to date knowledge of the Data Protection Act.

If you are a self-starter with an ambitious spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, execute against ambitious goals and consistently embrace our Everton Values in what you do, then we would love to hear from you!

This position is on a permanent contract and will be contracted to 35 hours per week.

The location for this role is within our Club’s iconic football stadium at Goodison Park, and then moving to Everton Stadium once completed, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
