About the opportunity:
For decades, our Club has been one of the most respected and renowned in football. Its vision to develop young players who are technically and tactically capable of playing for Everton’s Men’s First Team, or having a career in the professional game, remains as focused as ever.
We are now looking for professional Casual Professional Academy Scouts to support our coverage of the North of England; to help us identify and recruit the best players, at relevant phases, in line with our Academy Recruitment Philosophy and Strategy.
Other key responsibilities as part of this role include:
Attending fixtures as and when required
Identifying and recommending players of interest for the Everton Academy
Providing full scouting reports using the relevant systems specified by the Club
Notifying the relevant lead scouts of any player(s) you consider worthy of further assessment
Making good contacts and forming relationships with clubs in your region
Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a similar role, with understanding of scouting protocols and best practice.
You must have the ability to create full scouting reports using system specified by the Club.
