About the job
Main Responsibilities
- Organizing the player selection process for Baller League UK
- Managing the relationship with clubs during the competition
- Coordinating the necessary services to ensure that the competitions are carried out according to the defined norms and quality standards
- Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it
- Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests
- Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.
- Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers
- Contribute to create a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or football clubs
- Experience as a football player, coach or referee valuable
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with the team
