Main Responsibilities

 

  • Participate actively in the definition, development and implementation of the commercial strategy of Baller League US.
  • Identify opportunities to attract new sponsorships or media deals through broad and deep market analysis.
  • Capture sponsorships, by contacting proactively potential partners that complement existing alliances.
  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts and commercial alliances, in accordance with the commercial strategy of Baller League, that maximize profitability and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, to offer a high-quality service and generate mutual loyalty.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of sponsorship contracts at events.
  • Analyse the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of talented managers and specialists

 

Requirements

 

  • 10-15 years of experience in capturing and managing commercial agreements.
  • Experience in the sports sponsorships industry.
  • Proven track record in managing teams.
  • A pragmatic approach, autonomous as well as collaborative, can play both at a strategic level and roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution details.
  • You are a strong negotiator, that gets the best out of commercial alliances, with a win-win mindset.
