Job Description

Football NSW is looking to expand our current casual workforce to support the high-quality delivery of Sporting Schools football programs across the state, commencing in Term 1, 2025.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging coaches to join our ranks to provide students with a great first experience with football.

Coaches must have;

  • Foundation of Football Certificate (or Skill Training / Game Training Certificate)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Valid working with children’s number
  • Passion for making an impact for football

Football NSW will be looking to employ coaches throughout Metro & Regional NSW to ensure consistency of delivery, football experience and to strengthen connection between Schools and their local Clubs.

Coaches will be supported by the Football NSW Program Manager – Sporting Schools through a series of capability building workshops, on-the-job mentoring and support and regular development opportunities.

Coaches must be available during the regular school day, 8am – 4pm, with the ability to transport equipment to their allocated programs.
