Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities and Club Administrator with experience in administration, planning and day-to-day operations. The successful applicant will play a key role in the development of football clubs by supporting them to improve their playing opportunities, teams and pathways.

They will also be pivotal in the development of grass football pitches, 3G football pitches, changing-room and small sided facility development, and Cornwall FA’s new 3G pitch and head quarters facility development. You will be responsible for creating seamless workflows between clubs, Cornwall FA and other key stakeholders such as the Football Foundation and the Football Association (The FA). Creating high-quality solutions to business operations and supporting the delivery of the Cornwall FA 2024-2028 Game On Strategy.

Annual Leave During a full holiday year, you will be entitled to 28 days (in total) comprising: 20 days of statutory holidays 8 days of bank/public holidays

Additionally, staff are offered 1 extra day of annual leave, after each full year of employment completed. This is up to a maximum of 5 days.

Flexible Working: We are currently piloting Flexible Working, with the team having key office days (currently Monday plus at least 1 other week day).

We work 37.5 hours per week, including evening and weekends and balancing our role demands, workload and personal time.
