About the opportunity: A unique and exciting Commis Chef Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen to join our Finch Farm Facilities Kitchen department.

As an Apprentice Commis Chef you will assist across all kitchen processes at our Finch Farm training facility; producing high quality food at all times, for all functions and teams based at the Finch Farm training ground.

You will work towards an NVQ Level 2 Commis Chef qualification and will have the opportunity to work with elite sporting specialist Chefs and experience what it is like to work within one of the most prestigious football clubs in the Premier League.

Some key responsibilities include;

  • Preparing, cooking and serving food to the highest standard
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the kitchen and catering areas
  • Supporting all kitchen operations

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an individual who has a passion for food and would thrive in a fast-paced, elite sporting environment.

You must be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support a team in an ever-changing environment.

This role is on a fixed term contact, working 35 hours per week and is based within Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood).
